Your helmet fit is not only important for your comfort
and enjoyment, it also plays a critical role in the performance of your helmet in
the event of a collision. Follow the following method to size a helmet. To measure
your head size, measure horizontally around your head about one inch above your
eyebrows and ears. This will measure the largest portion of your head. Select the
helmet size that is closest to your head size. Your head measurement may fall between
two helmet sizes. When this occurs you should opt for the smaller size.
