What are your opening hours?

We are open Tuesday-Saturday from 8am until 5.30pm. . 

What is the returns and refund policy?

We accept returns with 30 days of delivery. We ask that items are returned to us in an unused condition with all their labels and stickers attached. A full refund on a non-faulty helmet will only be issued if the visor protective film is still intact. A returns form will be included with your order. 

How long will my item take to deliver?

For Mainland UK orders will be delivered in 2-3 working days. For delivery outside of the UK please contact us on 01206 984084 for a quote.

If an item is out of stock online, can I still order it over the phone?

Please give us a call on 01206 984084 and we will be able to give you an up to date availability timescale for the item.

How do I return items I've bought online?

How much does UK delivery cost and how long does it take?
  • Standard mainland UK delivery - Free delivery on all orders over £100. £5.95 delivery for orders under £100 (delivery within 2-3 working days, postcode restrictions apply)
  • NI, Highlands & Channel Islands delivery - £24.95 (delivery within 3-4 working days)
